My son is in a stage where he'll only eat a few foods. Among those are:

Scrambled eggs
Strawberries
Bananas
Peanut butter sandwiches (I'm not sure if that's two-year-old food...but he had a bite of mine once and has loved them ever since)
Juice of just about any kind
Milk
Yogurt

At least most of that stuff is healthy...but I can't get him to eat much else.

I try to keep it pretty rounded, so I'm glad he's eating what he's eating. It's important, because I don't keep meat in the house (I'm a vegetarian). His pediatrician said that's fine, but I definitely need to make sure he's getting the vitamins and protein that he needs, so I'm glad he loves eggs and peanut butter, haha.

protein is going to be the big one then. I don't think adult vegetarians know how to get enough of it. I'm a vegetarian too and I have to remind myself to eat more protein.
